About copper
It's a bottle made of pure copper, so your water touches copper instead of plastic. In Ayurveda, drinking water stored overnight in copper (tamra jal) is a centuries-old morning ritual.* People choose copper to get plastic out of their water, for naturally fresher stored water, and for the ritual itself. *Traditional use, not confirmed by scientific studies.
Yes, with plain water. Copper is an essential mineral, and water stored in copper picks up a trace of it. Published studies measured about 0.18–0.97 mg/L after 12–16 hours, below the US EPA action level of 1.3 mg/L for drinking water. Follow the care rules. If you have Wilson's disease, or a liver or kidney condition, ask your doctor first.
It's 99.6% pure copper, certified by SGS, one of the world's largest independent testing companies. Look down the neck and you'll see copper, not silver. The only other material is a small seal ring in the cap.
Many people notice a softer, fresher taste, and some notice nothing. Taste is personal, so we don't promise it. That's what the 30 days are for.

Use & care
Fill it with plain, still water in the evening and leave it overnight. Drink your first glass in the morning, then sip through the day. Rinse it and let it air-dry with the cap off before refilling. Full guide.
No. Acidic, fizzy or hot drinks draw much more copper into the drink. Use plain, still, room-temperature or cold water only.
Rinse with warm water and let it air-dry with the cap off. Every week or two, rub it with half a lemon dipped in salt, then rinse well. Never use the dishwasher.
That's normal, and it's how you know it's real copper. Air and water naturally darken copper, like an old penny. Lemon and salt bring back the shine in about 30 seconds.
Green usually means it was left wet or had something acidic in it. Clean it with lemon and salt, rinse well, dry it with the cap off, and use plain water only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Refund policy.
